Ashley Leahlyn 7-Drawer Dresser & Antique Lamp Set - Warm Brown for Bedroom Decor

Dresser looks great but some small details make me think quality is second priority. Some of the drawers have some white paste/polish in the crevices which can be eliminated with a bit of brown polish but why should you need to do this on a new dresser. Also instead of ball bearing slides, they use old fashion wood tracks so drawer opening and closure is not satisfying. It works but I'm left with the desire to have spend more to get better quality.Me agrado. Llego con un pequeño golpe pero customer service meAyudó y me dieron un descuento, graciasWhoever assembled our dresser at the factory was lazy and didn't bother screwing the drawer rails into the dresser, and since the rails are glued to the bottom of the drawers there's also no way to actually fix it. I had to add a screw in the back of the rail to even hold it in place and am having to rely on glue for the front because once the drawer is assembled and the rail glued to it there's no way to access the screw heads without breaking the drawers apart. There's clearly no quality control process at the factory or this wouldn't have been missed and not what I exect from a $700+ dresser.I LOVE THE DRESSER. CAN ANYONE COME OUT TO STAIN THE FEET THE SAME COLOR AS THE BODY?OR SEND ME ANOTHER PAIR OF FEET IN A DARK CHERRY COLOR. THIS COLOR I HAVE DOES NOT MATCH THE DRESSER. OR SEND ME THE COLOR OF THE DRESSER.Great color and finishBox was damaged. Delivery man said if there is a problem they would replace it, no problem. One foot dowels span is 1/8 inch too small. One drawer is not on a track and the track piece is broken. Phone number for Ashley is to billing- not customer service. I was finally able to get ahold of someone at Ashley who sent replacement parts to me.Nice, pretty dresser. Well built. Price included entry delivery into my home, and room of my choice.The driver was rude, refused, and left it outside, leaving me having to deal with it.Arrived damaged. I love my new dresser it is exactly what I expected. The delivery company came and brought it to my 2nd Floor Apt and was very professional. They offered to open it and inspect for damage, HOWEVER, I didnt do that on advanced advice from the complex mgmt company. They advised all packages be sprayed in the foyer for 24hours with disinfectant spray for COVID-19 precautions. WELL i regret that now dont I. I opened it up and right there big gash. So Im thinking did they drop the box and wanted to confirm they didnt dent it up OR did it come from the warehouse like that. Either way, I am sad about it. I got the warranty. I called Amazon, of course, they want to send strangers to my place to box it up in this epidemic. Negative. I hope they can fix it. I absolutely love the furniture.Very sturdy, Not as heavy as my old set and thats what I was looking for. Finish is very nice. Drawers are deep. No assembly. Use furniture movers underneath to slide across carpet the put the legs on.Update: A replacement is needed as the warranty that was purchased doesnt cover delivery damage.
